Labour management is the foundation of any company. The B.L.M Course covers the main aspects of the labour management programme at work. The labour manager's responsibilities include managing the worker population, addressing their grievances, ensuring a safe workplace, and utilising their skills and abilities for the benefit of the organisation. The role also includes assisting employees in striking a healthy work-life balance. The Bachelors in Labour Management, or B.L.M Course, is a course that focuses on labour management in industries and other sectors such as manufacturing and service.
