The Master of Arts in Sociology (MA Sociology) is a two-year postgraduate programme in Sociology that is divided into four semesters. This course focuses on the deep study of society and various related mechanisms. Religion and Society, Political Sociology, Sociology of India, Economic Sociology, Sociology of Development, Methods of Sociological Research, and other topics are covered in the MA Sociology curriculum.Sociology is the study of society in all of its facets. An MA in Sociology teaches students about the various parts of society and how they interact with one another.
Students will learn about human society, its origins, stages of evolution, and the different difficulties that it faces. This, in turn, will assist pupils in discovering solutions to overcome obstacles.
