Bachelor of Commerce in Statistics (B. Com Statistics) is an Undergraduate Statistics course. The science of collecting, organising, analysing, interpreting, and presenting numerical and categorical data is known as statistics. The Bachelor of Commerce in Statistics degree programme covers Actuarial Science, Applied Information Economics, Biostatistics, Business Statistics, Data Analysis, Demography, Econometrics, Energy Statistics, Engineering Statistics, Psychological Statistics, Social Statistics, and other specialised fields. The graduate degree programme covers topics such as analysis, probability theory, statistical methods, database management systems, and others. The degree programme is critical in economics.

Aspiring students must have completed a 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream from a nationally recognised board.

Students must have studied and passed any of the following subjects: accounting, business, and economics. Intermediate level studies in Economics, Economics, or Mathematics. Some prestigious universities and institutes require a minimum of 50% in the above subjects at the 10+2 level.
